The Company carries out automated processing of Personal Data and Data.

The Company ensures the proper protection of Personal and other data in accordance with the Legislation and takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Data.

The applied protection measures also allow for the protection of Personal Data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.

The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Company arising from the application of the Privacy Policy.

All disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation at the location of the Operator’s registration. A mandatory pre-trial procedure applies, with a response period of 30 business days.

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

The Company may amend this Privacy Policy unilaterally at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on the Site.

The User undertakes to independently monitor changes to the Privacy Policy.
