The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication. If your issuing bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification.
The online payment service is carried out in accordance with the rules of the International payment systems Visa and MasterCard using modern methods of verification, encryption, and data transmission over secure communication channels.
Bank card details are entered in a secure window on the Freedom Pay payment page and are not stored on our servers.
Security Guarantees
The Freedom Pay processing center protects and processes bank card data according to PCI DSS 3.0 security standards.
Information transfer occurs using SSL encryption technology and secure banking networks.
Freedom Pay does not transmit card data to the Company or third parties.

Online Payment Security

Payment card details are entered directly in the Freedom Pay authorization system.

Refund of Funds
Cash refunds are not permitted for online payments.
The client may refuse the service no later than 14 calendar days before the start of using the platform services.
After the start of using the platform services, refunds are not made in accordance with the Public Agreement.
To request a refund, the client must submit a Refund Request Form and identification documents to info@youtrade.kz.
Refunds are processed within 14 working days from receipt of the request.
Confidentiality
The youtrade.kz project takes confidentiality seriously.
Personalized data is used exclusively to provide services.
Personal data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties except as required by law.
Anonymous data may be used for analytics and service improvement.
Limitation of Liability
The Company cannot guarantee absolute security of information beyond its control.
The site is provided on an "as is" basis.
The Company is not responsible for losses caused by access restrictions or site usage.
User Agreement
LLP Kubayev Capital defines the rules of use of the website www.youtrade.kz.
This Agreement constitutes a public offer under the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Organizer may amend this Agreement unilaterally.

Refunds are not available after access is granted.
The Provider is not obliged to compensate funds in case of successful competition participation.
Force Majeure
Parties are exempt from liability due to force majeure events.
Obligations are postponed for the duration of force majeure.
